By accessing or using the AuraDynamics LLC website and submitting a booking request, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Inquiries and Waitlists

Submitting a booking request or adding your email to our "Notify Me" waitlist constitutes an inquiry for services; it does not guarantee availability or create a legally binding contract. A booking is only considered confirmed once our team has verified availability, discussed the event details with you, and both parties have signed a formal Service Agreement.

2. Payments and Fees

Payment will be arranged directly with you once your event is booked and confirmed. AuraDynamics LLC reserves the right to charge additional fees as outlined in our pricing structure, including but not limited to overtime fees (applied for service beyond the included hours) and mileage/travel fees based on your event address.

3. Community Access Program (CAP)

AuraDynamics LLC proudly offers the Community Access Program (CAP) to provide professional services at significantly reduced rates to individuals and families facing documented financial hardships.

• Not a Non-Profit: AuraDynamics LLC is a for-profit entity. Participation in CAP is a price-reduction program. Corporate Sponsorships supporting this program are ordinary business-to-business sponsorships, and payments made to the program do not constitute tax-deductible charitable donations under 501(c)(3) guidelines.

• Availability & Quotas: CAP services are subject to the availability of staff and equipment. Standard-rate bookings take precedence in scheduling, and we reserve the right to set a maximum number of CAP-supported events per calendar year.

• Honesty Clause & Right of Refusal: Applicants must certify that all provided information is true. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, and discovery of fraudulent information will result in immediate disqualification.

• Service Agreements: All CAP recipients must sign the standard AuraDynamics LLC Service Agreement and abide by all standard liability waivers.

4. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide a flawless entertainment experience, AuraDynamics LLC is not liable for disruptions caused by factors entirely outside of our control, such as severe weather, sudden venue power outages, or unsafe operating conditions.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
